MESSAGE TO DAUGHTER LONG AGO NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE

 Here is one of the emails sent to our daughter names changed of course event he pet's names.

Dear Elizabeth

We hope that you are doing well. I wonder if it snowed where you are, if it is beautiful, if it brought a smile to your face. Here there is just bitter cold wind to remind me of the bitter cold world.

I want to remind you that your dad loves you with all his heart. He has always done his best for you. He deserves your love, you deserve the love of your dad. You both deserve better than to be apart from each other.

I can be here as if I am tip-toeing on breakable glass, afraid to say anything to you out of fear that what I say will make you go away, afraid that I will never see or hear from you again. You are better than this, you are better than to make us your loving parents think or feel like this.

My actions and your dad's actions are not keeping you away, we have tried to reach out to you only to have doors slammed in our faces time and time again. We were told that if we attempted to see you that we could be jailed, we were told not to try to see you. We were told that attempting to inquire about your well being was viewed as harassment. So we sit helpless day after day wishing things were different. We pray daily that you will remember how much we love you and find your heart again.

You may think that you left of your own free will but is that really true? There are things and forces both visible and invisible that convinced you to leave us, your loving parents who have always done our best for you. There is darkness and poison so strong and venomous that is changing you and taking you far away from who you truly are. And we wait patiently wishing for an antidote.

To us you will always be our daughter who is kind, loving and compassionate, one of the most beautiful souls we have ever known. To Kitty Cat you were his human, the human who rescued him, the human who loved him took care of him when he was sick and brought him back to health. To Birdy Bird you are the human he sings for, to Man's Best Friend the human that is his best friend.

You think that you are showing your strength and independence, but you are not. You are giving in to darkness both visible and invisible in this world. That darkness has convinced you that you will have a wonderful life without those who have always loved you in it. That darkness has convinced you that you shouldn't acknowledge or appreciate anything about your parents. That darkness has convinced you to break our hearts.

You are better than this and we have faith and believe in you. The question is do you have faith and believe in yourself? The question is are you strong enough to overcome the darkness and poison in the world that has led you down this cold dark path?

We love you no matter what. Our door is always open to you. Should you find your heart and find yourself, we are here.

  My husband and  I made it through the holidays, not without shedding tears. When does a mother and father stop shedding tears for their children? A mother and father always love their children no matter their age. The past two Christmases no tree in our house, no cooking on Thanksgiving, even no New Year's celebration. New Year's day is our daughter's birthday. All these holidays seem empty without our daughter.
