CRUELTY TO PARENTS? EMOTIONAL ABUSE FROM ESTRANGED ADULT CHILDREN?

 Time to wake up world. See past the narrow minded accusations of estranged adult children. No one is talking about the emotional abuse parents are experiencing. How adult children have turned their backs on their parents and pretend they don't exist. No one is admitting how malicious estrangement is, the never ending pain being caused to parents. 

Social media influencers are out there criticizing parents. There is no shortage of crafty videos, blogs and social media posts labeling parents as toxic, even those without proper credentials labeling parents narcissist, and cruel abusive parents. 

Estranged adult children are claiming they were traumatized as children because they had to do chores, didn't get their ears pierced when they wanted, wear the latest fashion trends as teens, go to the high school of their choice, drive the best car of their choice, live in the best house, parents not working the most glamorous job. They say anything they can to criticize the parents.  

These adult children are cutting their parents out of their lives without warning following these social media influencers with a cult following. Parents are traumatized wondering what went wrong. These adult children are so self centered they claim their parents showing up for them is violating their boundaries.  How many parents reach out to their children only to be ignored or worse threatened? There are adult children who laugh about the pain they are causing their parents on social media. This is encouraged by social media?

Parents don't deserve this!  They love their children with all their hearts. Why are their children behaving like this? These parents sit anxiously waiting day after day for their children to return into their lives. These parents are not speaking ill of their children. They are crying for their adult children to return to their lives. Who exactly is the emotionally abusive ones in these situations? 

Parents are going through the most agonizing pain they have ever experienced.  Is this fair to them? They feel alone, abandoned and bewildered. They are not perfect, nor do they claim to be, parents are flawed they do their best. Does this mean they deserve this type of cruelty, this type of abuse?

 

No one is saying what horrible children, don't  these loving parents deserved a better child than this? Are they? These parents only look at the beauty, the goodness in their children while the children choose to only look at their parents flaws. 

NEWS FLASH to these self entitled adult estranged children out there, that little cult following you have blindly joined will never replace the love of your parents. Your parents are deserving of love and affection. You are not only hurting your parents you are hurting yourself in the end. Your parents deserve better. You deserve better. It is your turn to go to your parents tell them you are sorry, and that you love them.

Why are these adult estranged children are unwilling to do this? Why are these estranged adult children unwilling to repair the relationship they broke? Exactly who is the abuser here?

We are no social media influencer with a cult following. We are not specialist with credentials. We love and miss our daughter. We are speaking up for all the other parents out there missing their children because they left and followed some popular influencer. We are Canceled Parents!
